  • Nighttime Lighting Renderings & glow plans-(Required: Landscape rendered plan & Architectural renderings)

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Preliminary Lighting plans (Revit or AutoCAD) 

  • Preliminary Light Fixture Schedule with fixture cutsheets 

  • Lighting Mockups (if needed)

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

  • Finalized Light fixture plans (Revit or AutoCAD) 

  • Finalized Lighting Details  

  • Finalized Light Fixture Schedule with cutsheets and specifications.

BIDDING & NEGOTIATION

  • Assist in Bid review for Conformance with Design Intent (Electrical Contractor to provide Bid with Light fixture unit pricing)

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) 

  • Review shop drawings for conformance with design intent and specification  

  • Visit project site and prepare a punch list 

  • Aim project lighting 

  • Establish dimmed scenes (Dimming system or A/V programmer to be present)
